In his photographic project Nature, Chemistry and Society, Bojan Mrđenović observes and shows the "circulation of matter in nature". In addition to biochemical, it also considers social, economic and environmental factors. The exhibition concept, setup and design follow various intertwined phenomena that are conditioned by the activities of the chemical industry in a small industrial town of Kutina in Croatia, established around the socialist idea of progress in the late seventies.
