The cult television show about culture and art Transfer, which has been broadcasting on HTV (Croatian National TV) for over 15 years is a unique media and cultural phenomenon, deeply intertwined and integrated with the contemporary art scene. It started off as a media experiment and continued to systematically follow novel art practices, performance and visual theory. Its archives are now used for educational purposes at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb. Author and director Gordana Brzović together with numerous artists, curators, theoreticians, journalists and designers created a persistent, visually and conceptually radical show, which is to be remembered as one of the most recognizable HTV shows for culture.
